Josh Jaroudy
Principal

Josh specialises in advanced analytics, developing tailored, pragmatic solutions that provide tangible benefits to his clients.
He works with people at all levels of an organisation to understand their objectives, implementing initiatives that uplift capability, and improve operational performance and customer outcomes. Josh says:
“Alignment between an organisation’s objectives and the models is critical. It can be easy to build a great model that solves the wrong problem. Delivering the right solution means taking care to understand requirements and constraints.”
Josh has led the design and development of statistical and machine learning solutions for insurance pricing and optimisation, insurance fraud detection and triage, customer analytics, customer lifetime value, personalised marketing, and health sector analytics. He places a strong emphasis on capability building and knowledge transfer, ensuring clients can continue to operate and build upon the models once the project is completed.
Josh also develops and runs training courses on advanced machine learning and statistical modelling for clients, as well as internally at Taylor Fry, and leads the development of our internal modelling software.
